Since joining Riverbend in 2016, Lorna has worked to restore and maintain the native habitat at Riverbend. Her stewardship goal is to increase biodiversity at the preserve for the benefit of wildlife and for the children who come to Riverbend to learn and discover nature. To do this, she works with hundreds of volunteers each year planting trees and removing invasive plant species. Lorna has a BSc. in Rural Environmental Management from Writtle Agricultural College in England.
