Noel Baynes is a dedicated educator with over eight years of experience and a passion for equity, creativity, and lifelong learning. Currently serving as the Librarian at Wissahickon Charter School, he supports students across grade levels through dynamic lessons in research, digital literacy, and literature that reflect diverse voices and experiences.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Western Governors University and a Master’s Certificate from the University of Pennsylvania. Known for his calm, collaborative approach, Noel is especially passionate about mentoring, tech integration, and helping students explore their identities through reading and creative expression.
