Join us for a spectular performance by the Philadelphia Children's Theater!
Baby Whale journeys through the ocean to reunite with Mommy Whale, who has become tangled in a ghost net in the Great Pacific Garbage Patch. With help from his community of aquatic pals & new human friends, Baby Whale helps make the ocean more safe (and more fun) for all.
Baby Whale and the Plastic Ocean educates and inspires children and their grown-ups to learn about the ocean and all of the wonderful creatures who live there. Through the powers of community and problem-solving, participants work together to have a positive impact on the environment. Our underwater tale ignites the imagination through playful interaction and creative theatrical storytelling.
Baby Whale and the Plastic Ocean features colorful puppets and playful interactions. This show is best suited for elementary school students and their caregivers. All are welcome! Educational and adventurous in nature, this play builds participants' care for aquatic creatures and the environments they inhabit.
