Enjoy peak summer dishes presented by Jennifer McCafferty of JPM Catering. Almond gazpacho with bee pollen and seasonal flowers, bacon honeycomb & braised greens flatbread, heirloom tomato with local craft cheese & microgreens.... These are just some of the peak summer dishes being featured at Riverbend's August supper date.

Vince Smith from the Valley Forge Audubon Society will lead our group as we learn about the remarkable qualities of honey and the role bees and other fascinating pollinators play in the food we eat.
